Gold Coast Artist, Abbey McCulloch is a self-confessed magazine addict and believes that society is completely saturated with images of glamourous women. McCulloch has taken it upon herself to challenge the unbalanced representations of females in society through her quirky caricatures, capturing the complexities and imperfections of the fairer sex.
I absolutely adore her candid take on the female form and it appears I’m not the only one. Ever inspiring, Russh Magazine recently enlisted Ms McCulloch to draw what Summer means to her, resulting in a bunch of pencil on paper sketchy illustrations … I’ve posted a couple of these beauties below but to see the full story, click onto Russh Mag’s new and beautiful website here.
